Payments & Receipts

How payments work

Each production is priced and paid for independently. All card payments are processed securely by Authorize.Net — Radio Novel never receives or stores your full card number.

• Audio — a 20% deposit begins production; the remaining 80% balance is due once you've previewed the result. See Manuscripts & Pricing.
• Slideshow Video — a 50% deposit unlocks Headshots and starts rendering; the remaining 50% balance is due once you've seen the preview clip. See Video Productions.
• Single Image Video — one flat $5 charge starts rendering, with nothing further due once it finishes.
• Interactive Productions — free to build and publish; only the audio/video productions used to fill in its scenes are priced, per the rows above.

Coupons

If you have a discount coupon code, enter it on an audio production's Payments tab before completing a deposit or balance payment — the discount applies immediately to the amount due. Coupons only apply to audio productions; video and interactive productions have no coupon/discount support.

Your payment history

Every payment you've ever made — across every project and scene, including ones you've since hidden — is listed on your Payment History page. Each entry shows the date, scene, amount, and status, with a Download PDF link that generates a proper receipt for your records.
