Voice Casting

The Voice Library

Every voice you've assigned or created lives in your Voice Library, scoped one of three ways:

  • Just me — visible only to your account, across every project.
  • This project — visible only within the project it was created for.
  • Global (admin-created only) — shared with every user of the Service.

Choosing a voice from your library

Click Choose From Library next to any character to open the voice picker:

  1. If our AI finds a good match for that character's dialogue, it's called out at the top — accept it with one click, or skip it and browse yourself.
  2. Filter the full list by keyword, or by scope (mine / this project / site-wide).
  3. Click Preview next to any voice to hear a standard sample before deciding, then Use to assign it to the character immediately.

Creating a brand-new voice

Click Create a Voice next to any character to open the voice wizard:

  1. The AI prefills a suggested voice name, a personality/prompt description, and a sample line taken from the character's own dialogue.
  2. Click Generate Previews to hear a few candidate voices built from that description.
  3. Choose the one you like, pick a save scope (just me / this project / global), and save — the character is assigned to the new voice immediately.

Previewing a voice

Click Preview next to any assigned voice to hear a short sample read in that character's actual voice and quality tier before committing to production. Standard voice-library previews are generated once and cached, so they play back instantly on every later click.
